3.Scope of bidding: Reconstruction and expansion of Shunyi disaster recovery computer room, involving decoration, electrical engineering, air conditioning and HVAC, integrated wiring, dynamic ring monitoring, security, fire alarm, etc.

4.Project scale: see design drawings and bill of quantities for details.

5.Planned construction period: after signing the contractAll goods will arrive in 60 days, and the contract period will be completed in 120 days. 6. Quality standard: qualified.

III,Bidder Qualification Requirements

1.The bidder must be an independent legal person or other organization registered in China in accordance with the People's Republic of China laws, have the ability to independently bear civil liability, and have a qualified and valid business license.

The bidder shall have the following qualifications at the same time:(1) have the second-level and above qualification of electronic and intelligent professional contracting issued by the administrative department and the second-level and above qualification of building decoration engineering professional contracting;(2) have an effective safety production license.

2.The project manager to be assigned by the bidder must have the qualification of a registered construction engineer of Grade II (including above grade) of mechanical and electrical engineering specialty and an effective safety production assessment certificate (B Ben).

3.Participate in this procurement activity (From 2021 to the present), there is no record of major violations in business activities, and there is no use of unfair competition to defraud the bid.

4.The bidder has a good business reputation and is not in a position to be ordered to suspend business., property is taken over, frozen bankruptcy state.
