IIProject Overview
(1) Procurement Content: Design of a certain system integration project (the main body of the system integration project is equipment procurement, including supporting environment decoration. Equipment procurement content is mainly for optical transmission equipment, conference control system, large screen display system, on-duty machine and on-duty place supporting power supply and distribution, integrated wiring,Moving ring monitoringEnvironmental decoration mainly on the duty place, computer room, control room for adaptive transformation, the transformation area of about234 square meters).
(ii) Maximum price:50000 yuan.
(3) Service location: Beijing (specific address provided when signing the contract).
(4) Delivery time limit: the closing unit shall, from the date of signing the contract.Submit design documents within 20 days (including design review and document revision time).
ThreeQualification Requirements of Offeror
(1) Meet the qualifications of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China:
1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability;
2. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
5. There is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;
6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
(2) State-owned enterprises; public institutions; military units; establishmentNon-foreign (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) wholly-owned or holding enterprises for more than 3 years.
(3) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationships, and may not participate in the procurement activities of the same package at the same time. If the business address or registered address of the production site of a production-oriented enterprise is the same address, and the shareholders and managers (legal representatives, directors, supervisors) of a non-state-owned sales-oriented enterprise have close relatives, mutual shareholding, etc., they shall not participate in the procurement activities of the same package at the same time. Close relatives refer to husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close relatives in marriage.
(4) Not included in the government procurement dishonesty list, the military supplier suspension list, not in the military procurement dishonesty list ban punishment period, not"Credit China" website included in the breach of trust enforced, major tax violations of the parties.
(5) The project does not accept the consortium bid, and shall not be subcontracted or illegally subcontracted in the performance link.
(6) Commitment to abide by the relevant laws and confidentiality requirements of the state and the army.
(7) The following professional requirements shall be met at the same time:
1. With classified information system integration level B (inclusive) or above qualification or weapons and equipment scientific research and production unit level 2 (inclusive) or above confidentiality qualification.
2. Have Grade B (inclusive) or above qualification in engineering design and communication engineering or Grade B (inclusive) or above qualification in electronic communication, radio and television industry or Grade B (inclusive) or above qualification in building intelligent system.
IV,Requirements for submission of quotation documents
(I) submission deadline:March 31, 2024.
(2) Submission method: specially assigned or mailed to the designated place, the documents are sealed in good condition, and the name of the participating unit must be indicated outside the documents.
