II. Qualification requirements of the offeror
(1) Institutions registered in the People's Republic of China with the ability to independently bear civil liabilities (legal persons need to provide copies of business licenses, tax registration certificates, organization code certificates, or copies of the three certificates in one; public institutions need to provide legal person certificates of public institutions And organization code certificate).
The (II) has a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system (tax payment certificate for any three months in the past year or a financial audit report for the past year issued by an accounting firm).
The (III) has a good record of paying social security funds in accordance with the law (copies of social security payment records for any three months in the past year are required).
(4) Within three years before participating in government procurement activities, there is no major illegal record in business activities (provide a statement letter and a screenshot of the credit inquiry page of Credit China or China Government Procurement Network).
(V) the offeror hasITSS certified.
Acquisition of 3. inquiry documents
(I)March 20, 2024, 15:00-March 24, 15:00;
(2) Acquisition method: Please contact the purchaser in response to the supplier, and the purchaser will send the project demand document by mail;
(III) project requirements documents areWORD version and PDF version. The WORD version is only used to facilitate the preparation of quotation documents. If the two versions are inconsistent, the PDF version shall prevail.

(IV) suppliers must submit inquiry response documents (paper and1 set of PDF electronic version and 1 set of PDF electronic version), the above materials shall be sealed;
(5) Suppliers do not need to participate in the inquiry on site. After the inquiry is completed, the purchaser will publicize the inquiry results in Haikou Public Trading Center.
