IV. Delivery Time and Place:

V. Service Standards:

1. Product transportation, storage and insurance

1) The winning bidder is responsible for all transportation of the products to the construction site, including loading and unloading and on-site handling.

2) The winning bidder is responsible for the custody of the product at the construction site until the project is accepted.

3) The winning bidder is responsible for the personal accident insurance of the personnel sent by him.

2. Installation and commissioning

1) The successful bidder shall strengthen the organization and management of construction, and all construction personnel shall abide by the relevant rules and regulations of civilized and safe construction and take up their posts with certificates.

2) After the completion of the project, the winning bidder shall hand over all the information related to the project, including product information, technical documents, construction drawings, etc. to the purchaser.

3) All materials required for installation, commissioning and acceptance of the project shall be provided free of charge by the winning bidder.

3. Quality assurance

1) The products provided by the winning bidder shall be original and authentic, in line with the national quality inspection standards, and have a factory certificate or national identification certificate.

2) The overall project warranty period is 1 year (except for special requirements). If it exceeds the normal warranty scope of the manufacturer, the winning bidder shall purchase it from the manufacturer; if the cost is not listed separately in the bidding quotation sheet, it shall be deemed to be provided free of charge.

3) The warranty period shall be calculated after acceptance. During the warranty period, all equipment maintenance and other requirements are free on-site service.

4. After-sales service

2) Response measures to the purchaser's irregular maintenance requirements.

3) Response measures to user modification of design requirements.

4.2 technical support

1) Provide 7 x 24 hours technical advisory services.

4.3 fault response

1) Provide 7 × 24 hour failure service acceptance.

2) Provide 7 × 24 hours of on-site support for major failures and 7 × 8 hours of on-site support for general failures.

4.4 any quality problems during the warranty period (except for force majeure such as man-made damage or natural disasters), the transaction person is responsible for all free (free of all labor costs, material costs, management fees, financial fees, etc.) replacement or maintenance. After the expiration of the warranty period, regardless of whether the purchaser chooses another maintenance supplier, the dealer shall provide the required spare parts in a timely manner.

5. Training: The winning bidder shall be responsible for training operation management and maintenance personnel as designated by the purchaser, so as to master the product performance and eliminate general faults in time.
VI. Acceptance Criteria:

1) Acceptance Method: According to Changcai Procurement [2016] No. 6 "Notice on Further Standardizing the Management of Performance Acceptance of Government Procurement Projects", the project adopts a simplified procedure for acceptance.

2) If the project acceptance state has mandatory provisions, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the state, and the acceptance fee shall be borne by the dealer, and the acceptance report shall be used as one of the vouchers for payment.

3) In case of disputes arising in the process of acceptance, the inspection shall be carried out by the inspection organization recognized by the quality and technical supervision department. If it is caused by the transaction, the transaction shall bear the inspection cost. Otherwise, the purchaser shall bear the responsibility.

4) If the project fails to pass the acceptance, the dealer shall rework until it is qualified. The dealer shall bear the expenses related to rework, re-acceptance and losses caused to the purchaser. If the project fails to pass the acceptance for two consecutive times, the purchaser may terminate the contract and choose other suppliers to purchase according to regulations, and all losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the dealer.

1.2 payment method: 50% of the contract amount shall be paid after the equipment products are installed and debugged. After the personnel are stationed at the site, 80% of the contract amount will be paid, and the remaining 20% of the contract amount will be paid in one lump sum after the normal operation of the project until the end of the service period.

2. For the products in the project list, the winning bidder shall submit valid certificates within 10 days after receiving the bid-winning notice to ensure that they are original products,

3. If the quality assurance and after-sales requirements exceed the normal quality assurance period and requirements of the manufacturer, the winning bidder shall receive the bid-winning notice within 10 days.

4. The project adopts the lump sum method. The bidder shall specify the project requirements in detail according to the project requirements and site conditions.

The purchase of goods and materials, as well as product transportation insurance storage, warranty period free warranty maintenance and all labor, management, financial and other costs, such as once the winning bid, any omissions in the implementation of the project, are provided free of charge by the transaction, the purchaser will not pay any fees.

5. If the bidder needs to visit the site before bidding, the relevant expenses shall be borne by himself, and the accident occurred during the survey shall be borne by himself.
