III. Service Content and Scope
1. After negotiation between Party A and Party B, Party B shall provide Party A with on-site operation and maintenance services for the infrastructure of the Shenzhen provincial data center computer room.
2. Service scope: provide on-site operation and maintenance service team to Party A's data center computer room, perform 7x 24 double on-site operation and maintenance service, and be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Party A's computer room infrastructure and related systems and emergency response, including:
（1) Responsible for power distribution cabinet, UPS, precision air conditioning, fresh air, lighting,Moving ring monitoringSuch as the daily operation, monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure and physical environment, on-site management and supervision of relevant professional manufacturers to carry out timely maintenance and repair.
1. Please clarify the definition of "maintenance" described in subsection 3, service content and scope of the third contract format and terms of the tender document. Does it refer to the daily cleaning services for power distribution cabinets, UPS, precision air conditioning, fresh air, lighting, dynamic ring monitoring and physical environment in the project site, or do you need to do equipment maintenance services?

The content and scope of the service are described."Maintenance" refers to the daily cleaning and daily inspection services for infrastructure and physical environment such as power distribution cabinet, UPS, precision air conditioning, fresh air, power and environmental monitoring in the project site, which are generally carried out on a weekly basis. For the above infrastructure, the purchaser has purchased professional maintenance services, and the maintenance and repair of the above infrastructure is the responsibility of the professional maintenance supplier, which is generally carried out on a quarterly basis. In case of special emergency, the operation and maintenance team shall notify the purchaser first and provide necessary assistance after the professional maintenance supplier enters the site.
