Provide integrated service of backup power supply without flash interruption.

2. Cooperation content

Assist the tower company to obtain business opportunities for power generation in the government, finance, public security, water conservancy, medical treatment, petrochemical and education industries, as well as the transformation of business opportunities, and improve the related business development capabilities of the tower Wenzhou tower.

II. Recruitment Requirements

1. The applicant shall be an independent legal person, partnership enterprise, individual industrial and commercial household, etc. registered in the People's Republic of China in accordance with the Company Law, and has been registered for more than one year, has gone through the formalities of industrial and commercial and tax registration, has independent legal personality and the ability to bear civil liability; the subordinate branches of the centrally managed enterprises that are not independent legal persons may participate by means of legal person authorization;

2. The applicant should have the ability to issue special VAT invoices that meet the requirements of national tax laws;

3. The applicant is in good financial condition in 2022 and 2023;

4. The applicant's enterprise credit is good, and the following circumstances shall not exist:

（1) The applicant does not have an independent legal personality of the subsidiary body or unit (only the central management of the enterprise's subsidiary branch except);

（2) The applicant is suspended or disqualified from bidding;

（3) The applicant is ordered to suspend production and business, suspend or revoke the license, suspend or revoke the license;

（4) The applicant enters into liquidation proceedings, or is declared bankrupt, or is otherwise incapacitated;
