1. Tender Conditions

The tenderer for the renovation of electrical equipment in this bidding project is China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and the bidding project is funded by the enterprise itself. The project name, number and package number shall be indicated when paying the fee. If no valid payment certificate is provided before the deadline for downloading, it shall be deemed that the bidding documents have not been purchased.

5. Submission of Bid Documents

5.1 The deadline for submission of bid documents (bid deadline) is 10:00 on March 7, 2024. Bidders should submit electronic bid documents through the National Railway Procurement Platform (Electronic Bidding Trading Platform) before the deadline.

5.2 late delivery of tender documents, the electronic bidding trading platform will be rejected.
