In order to ensure that the first-stage drainage culvert routing is reasonable and feasible, it is necessary to carry out relevant planning compliance analysis on the routing scheme, summarize the relevant requirements of relevant planning zoning according to the land and space planning, marine ecological environment protection management regulations, etc., and study and propose routing investigation, routing construction, operation and other matters needing attention and countermeasures.

According to the route pre-selection scheme, combined with the natural environment of the project area, social and economic status and historical data collection, focusing on the geological environment of the route sea area, based on"Code for Survey of Submarine Cable and Pipeline Routing" and the requirements of the Ministry of Natural Resources for the review of desktop routing research by the Bureau of the Ministry of Natural Resources to study and propose a survey plan for routing sea areas, including data collection plan, survey content, instrument methods, implementation plan and quality management.
