II. Qualification Requirements
1) A legal person or other organization legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall have a valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate or three-in-one business license, and an account opening license; if it is a branch, it shall provide the qualification documents and authorization certificates of the superior legal person.
2) The registered capital shall not be less than 3 million yuan. If the registered capital is in foreign currency, the amount in RMB calculated by the central parity of the exchange rate announced by the People's Bank of China on the day of bid opening shall prevail.
3) Consortium is not accepted.
III. Obtaining Procurement Documents
3.1 This project implements offline sale of electronic purchase documents, and no longer sells paper purchase documents. The sales time of purchase documents is from 09: 00 on January 13, 2024 to 17: 00 on January 19, 2024 (Beijing time, the same below).
