2. Project overview and bidding scope

Note: For details of technical parameters, please refer to Chapter V Supply Requirements of the Bidding Document.
Implementation of 2.2 funds: implemented.
2.3 delivery date: when the tenderer has the demand, the bidder guarantees to arrive within 30 calendar days, and the bidder shall not delay delivery or non-delivery for any reason. Long association term: 2 years.
2.4 delivery place: Pingshuo company designated warehouse.
2.5 quotation form: fixed total price (including tax).
2.6 payment method: payment after acceptance of the goods.
2.7 quality assurance: the products tendered by the bidder shall be brand new and free of material and processing defects, and shall be guaranteed for 1 year (except for consumables), and shall fully meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
2.8 The bidding manufacturer shall read the bidding documents in detail. The bidding manufacturer shall report the specifications and models, detailed technical parameters, brand, place of origin, unit of measurement, delivery time, quotation validity period, mode of transportation and other commercial terms of the products supplied. And quote the most competitive price at one time, the quoted price is the price including tax to the mine, and indicate the tax rate.
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 Bidder must be a qualified independent legal person enterprise and a general VAT taxpayer with the ability to perform the contract. The bidder is not in a state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt, and has no bad record.
3.2 The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of the bidding product; if it is the manufacturer, it can directly participate in the quotation (some materials are allowed to be purchased, and the purchased materials shall be marked with the name of the production unit and brand), if the bidder is an agent, it is required to provide the sole agency authorization issued by the manufacturer for this project and at the same time provide the proof materials of the manufacturer's agency or distribution mode (not direct selling) in China (or in the industry) and the sales performance of similar products outside China Coal Group. (Bidders and manufacturers must ensure that the above materials are true and effective and accept supervision. Any fraud shall be punished according to Article 8.6.2 (3) of the Instructions to Bidders).
3.3 from January 1, 2020 to the deadline for submission of bids, the bidder shall provide sales performance of similar products. (A scanned contract that can prove the performance requirements of this bidding shall be provided. The scanned contract shall at least include: the seal page of the buyer and seller of the contract, the time of signing the contract and the key information page in the performance requirements. The time of signing the contract shall prevail. If the key information in the contract is incomplete, the technical agreement and other supporting materials can be supplemented).
3.4 whether the project accepts consortium bids: No
Remarks:
(1) This bidding adopts post-qualification examination. Potential bidders obtain the bidding documents from the bidding agency after submitting the information of intention, which does not mean that they have passed the qualification examination. The qualification examination shall be subject to the encrypted electronic bid documents successfully submitted by the bidder.
(2) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding or management relationship, and shall not participate in the bidding of the same bid section or the same bidding project without division of bid section.
