2. Procurement scope and related requirements

Overview of 2.1 Project: The information center computer room of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group is the bearing place for network interconnection equipment and data center equipment of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group. There are a total of 2-floor data center computer room (completed in 2013, about 200 square meters), 3-floor network and old computer room (completed in 2005, about 200 square meters), 4 supporting power supply and distribution computer room and UPS battery room on the first floor (completed in 2012, about 60 square meters), provide basic operating environment for network interconnection equipment and data center equipment of coal industry group, including: temperature, humidity, fresh air, entrance guard, flooding, power supply and distribution, fire fighting, basic decoration, etc. The corresponding basic environment maintenance of computer room includes: 5 sets of precision air conditioners for computer room, basic decoration of computer room, fire fighting, UPS, power supply and distribution equipment, fresh air system, water purification system, etc,Moving ring monitoringsystem, etc. At present, the basic environment equipment of the computer room is running stably. The corresponding data include: the completion drawing of the computer room on the third floor of 2.

Scope of 2.2 procurement: maintenance and inspection of supporting environmental equipment and systems in the computer room of the information center, see the list of service contents for details.

2.3 service period: the maintenance period is one year from the signing of the contract, including monthly inspection of the equipment involved, cleaning of the computer room every two months, lightning protection and grounding inspection every month, electric inspection and set-up inspection conducted by a professional fire inspection company once a year, and timely maintenance of equipment failure.

3. Supplier qualification requirements

3.1 a legal person or other organization with the capacity to independently bear civil liability;

3.2 personnel requirements: the supplier shall be equipped with a professional technical team and personnel for the project, and shall be equipped with a full-time project manager (which can be part-time by on-site maintenance personnel), at least one electrical operation and maintenance personnel, two HVAC operation and maintenance personnel and one automatic control operation and maintenance personnel. Electrical and HVAC operation and maintenance personnel shall be trained and qualified by relevant qualified departments recognized by the state and obtain relevant qualification operation certificates;

3.3 performance requirements: the supplier has undertaken at least one performance of the same type related to this project in the past three years (three years before the "deadline for submission of response documents") (providing contracts) (including basic environmental facilities of computer room, air conditioning of computer room, ups maintenance service cases, etc.);

Recent years refer:December 1, 2020 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of signing the contract).

Materials to be provided for performance certification: a complete performance shall be accompanied by a contract agreement. .

3.4 suppliers shall not be included in the "list of serious violations and dishonesty (blacklist)" in the "national enterprise credit information publicity system" (www.gsxt.gov.cn); suppliers shall not be included in the "list of serious dishonesty subjects" by the Supreme People's court on the "credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) ".

This project does not allow the consortium to participate in negotiation procurement activities.
