1.4 Project duration: the arrival of all equipment, agreement development, survey and design, installation, commissioning and on-line work shall be completed within 15 working days after the contract is signed.

1.5 warranty period: 2 years after the final inspection of the project. If there is any quality problem during the warranty period, the responding unit shall provide free warranty service or replacement service.

1.6 delivery place: Shanghai (Shanghai Unicom designated place).

1.7 The highest price limit is set for this project. After the price limit, the total price excluding tax is 712253 yuan. 2. Respondent qualification requirements

Respondents must have the ability to issue special VAT invoices. 2.3.2 Performance requirements:

The respondent shall have the relevant performance of similar projects. Requirements are as follows (not approved if the following requirements are not met):

2) Provide at least one contract with an amount of not less than 500000 yuan.

A. If a contract is provided, a copy of the key pages of the contract shall be provided, including but not limited to the first page of the contract, service content, amount page and signature page.

B. If a framework contract is provided, a copy of the key pages of the framework contract shall be provided, including but not limited to the first page of the framework contract, service content, amount page and signature page. If the framework contract does not reflect the specific amount, an order or settlement voucher for the framework contract shall be provided, and the amount shall be subject to the accumulated amount;

3) The above-mentioned contract is true and material requirements (meet one of the following two requirements):

（4) It is not in a state of being ordered to suspend production and business, revoking its business license, canceling its bidding qualification, taking over or freezing its property, or being declared bankrupt according to law. 2.5.1 The person-in-charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding and management relationships, and shall not participate in the same bid response or the same comparison and selection project response without bid division.
