Payment Notes:

(1) The purchase of procurement documents can be paid by wire transfer (remittance should be noted when the project name, number, package number, etc.). No refund after payment.

(2) After the payment is completed, the tender fee payment voucher shall be entered into the national railway procurement platform, and the financial personnel of the platform can log into the national railway procurement platform to download the procurement documents and other procurement materials after verification and approval.
