II. Registration Conditions
1. The qualification grade of the bidder must be the admittance unit of Zhengzhou Communication Section in 2023. Units willing to participate in the bidding can bring the enterprise business license, bidding application form (see annex), qualification grade certificate and other information to sign up before 18:00 on December 15.
2. For registration, the bidder must be a legal person or legal person branch legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, have a legal and valid business license, have the ability to independently bear civil liabilities, have general taxpayer qualifications, and be able to issue special VAT invoices.
3. The bidder shall accept the credit evaluation management of the State Railway Group and Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and the bidder shall have a good reputation. There is no restriction on bidding by the state, industry, State Railway Group and various group limited companies.
4. This tender does not accept the consortium bid.
5. The bidder has the ability to independently undertake the bidding project and the ability to independently perform the contract, and subcontracting is prohibited.
6. The bidder shall have the maintenance performance (contract shall be provided) of the maintenance equipment of this project in the railway industry system in the past two years (2022 and 2023) or the only authorization provided by the original manufacturer of the equipment.
7. The bidder shall have the manufacturer or agent of the equipment maintenance ability involved in this project.
