General principles of 1. bidding

II. Scope of Bidding

According to the needs of Hebei rural credit business development, and in accordance with the the People's Republic of China law on bidding and bidding and other relevant bidding laws and regulations, Hebei rural credit cooperatives union has conducted public bidding for the procurement of infrastructure and equipment maintenance services for the central computer room in 2023. The source of funds has been implemented. Enterprises that meet the bidding conditions, have good credit standing and have legal personality are welcome to participate in the bidding.

III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

(1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state, have strong technical force, timely after-sales service, good business reputation and sound financial accounting system.

Submission of 5. Bid
